Sable Silver Martens are coded as Silver Martens using the SrSr genes instead of the Cchd genes due to them being Sables. They are the only Silver Marten color that should be SrSr

Ugh! I was wondering why (real) Sable Martens weren't recognized. Thanks for pointing that out, I wouldn't have figured to mess it up with the silvering gene.

Actually Sable Silver Martens are accepted in real life.

They are only coded like this in the game due to the simplicity of our genetics engine.

In real life their genotype would be much different.

Yep I know they're a recognized variety irl, I was trying to make them on the game here based on their real life genetics and it wasn't working. I figured they weren't a game variety yet. It's great your posting the genetic secrets for in-game.

Oh, but as far as the wideband gene for the game genetics, I made one with the WrWr and it's still showable. So it looks like they can be any combination WdWd, WdWr, WrWr.

The wide band gene is a mess. I think there are only a few in game colors that it even makes a difference in.

I simply ignore out for the most part.
