With the admin color change, some of my reds are now broken. How does this effect showing and breeding. The breed page only allows for "red" but my brokens are not NR now, so therefore still show able. Will this change? What do I get if I breed two brokens together?

Broken is a dominant gene. Both homozygous and heterozygous will produce broken.

Might have already noticed, or it might not be on purpose but Broken Red kits I get show as Non-recognized even though those that were already born when the change went through are recognized. Might not be on purpose though, or it might change when they are older; I haven't had one good enough otherwise to keep born since.

I saw that Alice. My existing reds that are now broken can still be shown, but the new broken kits are NR. Sounds like culling will need to get fierce.

I was afraid that was on purpose. Culled a couple Broken Reds already. More will be soon. Ah well.
